Availability
Access to your function room for decoration and set-up prior to the scheduled event time is subject to availability.
Food and Beverage
There is a $2,000 Food and Beverage minimum required.
All catering as well as alcohol is provided by Black Bear Golf Club, except for wedding cakes.
Under no circumstances will outside food or beverage be allowed to be brought into the club house or on the grounds of Black Bear Golf Club except for wedding cakes.

Ceremony and Services
Black Bear Golf Club offers a beautiful outdoor gazebo for on-site ceremonies. Whether you want a small gathering of 30 or a larger ceremony up to 200 guests, Black Bear Golf Club has the perfect setting for you wedding day.
Ceremony site fee: $200

Guarantee
Actual guest guarantee must be specified five (5) business days prior to the event. If no guarantee is given, the expected number will be charged as the guarantee. Your account will be charged for the guarantee, or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater.

Deposits and Final Payment
$1000 (nonrefundable but transferable) deposit will be required to hold the date of your choice. Pre-payment of final estimated charges will be due 2 days prior to the event (less deposit). Estimated charges will include:
  • Number of guests
  • Meal price
  • Estimated beverage consumption
  • Ceremony and bartender fees if applicable
  • Cake cutting ($50) and dance floor ($75) fee if applicable
  • 20% Service Charge and 8.1% Sales Tax
Any remaining balance will be due immediately following the event.

*A valid credit card is required to hold your desired date.

Linen
Black Bear Golf Club provides white table linens and napkins at no charge. Specialty linens may be rented at an additional cost.

Centerpieces and Decorations
Due to the personal nature and wide range of preferences, Black Bear Golf Club does not provide centerpieces or anything other than existing decorations.

Duration and Function

All private functions will have prearranged start and end times listed on the client's contract. Morning events are available as early as 10am running until 3pm. Evening events are available from 5pm until 11pm. Extensions on prearranged times can be purchased at an additional rate and must be approved by the host of the function as well as the management at Black Bear Golf Club.
